Technical management is the heart of Shipmanagement and at Eurasia we have designed it like one.

Our technical management system is like the CPU of the computer- a fine-tuned control circuit of rules set by the quality and design parameters, input feedback from the systems, analysis and variance reporting and immediate corrective action and output. Our customers can thus be sure that by placing their valuable asset in our care, they will be able to release its full potential. We not only keep the ship trading and up-to speed with minimum of lost time but also enhance its market value by maintaining it to the highest comparable standards in its class.

At the same time, we decrease our clients liabilities by a close monitoring and trend analysis of quantifiable performance measuring criterion gathered from our daily reports, audits and inspections and matching and timely corrective action, when required. Such predictive and planned maintenance also helps us in forecasting future expenditure like the dry-dock expenses and optimizing it by reducing the period in the dry-dock. The prime mover of our technical management is Safety with Quality and this starts right from inspection before takeover followed by Indexed ship-inspections, a dedicated safety management system and quality assurance Group and a well thought out emergency response strategy including a casualty response team.

The collective experience of our superintendents and seafarers in managing vessels of all types and sizes and their presence across our various offices ensures uniform attention to our clients vessel in all time zones. Our monthly technical and financial reports in their own format allows our clients an easy comparison with the previous performance of their vessel as well as a comprehensive picture of our efficiency. Backed with such systems, experience and people we are confident of managing vessels to the highest possible standards at the most competitive costs.
