Eurasia's selection procedures are, in our opinion, unique in the way recruitment is handled:

  1. Mapping of core competencies
  2. Laying down exact job descriptions
  3. Matching the job profile to the competencies matched
Eurasia also has a policy to recruit trainees from the local communities where it operates. Once the profile of the job and the competencies of the employee are properly matched, the stage is set to discuss mutually agreed, specific, measurable, time-bound goals or KRA's (Key Result Areas), based in turn on standard accepted industry criteria called KPI's (Key Performance Indicators).
