Technical Superintendent  (Mumbai and other Eurasia Offices abroad)

To qualify for the position, you must have sailed as Chief Engineer for at least five contracts and have about 1-3 years of shore based experience supervising vessel's day-to-day operations, preparation and monitoring of budgets and dry-dockings.
You will be responsible for ensuring cost effective technical operations of assigned vessels, regulatory compliance and implementing best practices. You must have the ability to analyse complex technical problems, conduct fleet performance reviews and be able to make sound and innovative techno-commercial decisions.


Marine Superintendent

To be considered for this position you must have sailed as a Master Mariner for at least five contracts and in addition have 1-3 years shore-based experience in obtaining vetting approvals, liaising with shore / ship personnel to ensure compliance with charter parties and handling of cargo claims.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients and charterers are at all times satisfied with the vessel operations in terms of safety, quality and regulatory compliance. 
You must be a self-starter and a solution provider. Active participation in the quality and safety system is a must.


Technical officers
  (Mumbai)

To be considered for this position you must have sailed as a Master Mariner for at least five contracts and in addition have 1-3 years shore-based experience in obtaining vetting approvals, liaising with shore / ship personnel to ensure compliance with charter parties and handling of cargo claims.

Marine Personnel Officer
  (Mumbai)

To be eligible, you would need to be a first class graduate, experienced in crew documentation, crew travel and crew logistics functions in a shipping company for about two years. Those with experience in “material logistics” only may apply under the “Technical officers” category.
You will be responsible for all the logistics related to the ships crew and to communicate with the floating staff, also with the families of the floating staff. Key deliverables include timeliness of connection, accuracy of documentation and optimization of cost.


Fleet Personnel Officer
  (Mumbai)

To be eligible, you would need to be a first class graduate, experienced in sourcing Indian seafarers or could be working in a recruitment function in any other industry.
You will be responsible for sourcing Indian seafarers for the vessels under Eurasia management. Key deliverables would be "right man for the job at the right time" and building a database and pool of seafarers across the ranks, at least one ashore for each one on board. .

Documentation Officer  (Mumbai) 

To be eligible, you need to be a first class graduate, with one year experience in a shipping company in above role.
You would be responsible for applying and obtaining seafarers’ flag state certifications and verification of National Licence/ watch-keeping certification of joiners

Accounts Officers  (Mumbai)

To be eligible, you would need to be a first class commerce graduate, with at least 1-2 years experience in an accounting role, preferably in a shipping company.
You would be responsible for fleet related financial MIS including variance reporting, to ensure corporate governance and compliance and execution of financial covenants of all contracts, ensure timely allotments for ship-staff & payment to suppliers and reconciliation and closure including audits. Key deliverables include no bad debts, full system compliance and prompt settlement and timely payments to all third parties and seafarers.

Senior Manager, Marine Consultancy (India and Abroad at various sites)

To be eligible, you would need to be a graduate Naval Architect with some experience in either the Indian Navy, Shipyards, Classification societies or any ship owning- ship management company. Naval Architects / Marine Engineers with an MBA and project management experience and business development skills will also be considered for an office posting.
You would be responsible for providing supervision, design, drawing and project management services to ship-owners with new building projects on order and to interface with the fleet superintendents on the marine engineering front. Postings may be in office or at shipbuilding sites in India or abroad.

Technical Officer (Marine Application Programs)

To be eligible, you would be a first class diploma/graduate engineer with specialization in Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical or Computer engineering. You would preferably be experienced in the area of planned maintenance with minimum one year experience.
You would be responsible for vetting the data entered, configure the vetted data using system tools and load the data into the Planned Maintenance, Planned Purchase and Safety & Quality modules of the Planned Maintenance System used and implemented on board the ships managed by Eurasia. Familiarity with computer hardware and software knowledge and skills in order to be able to load the system programs (SQL, Access based) and configure server to make it ready for installation on board the ship is required. Key deliverables would be timely completion of vessels database and configuration.


Fleet Personnel Suprintendent
(Chennai)

To be eligible you would be a Master or Chief Engineer with minimum three contracts in rank and minimum two years recent experience in sourcing Indian seafarers for manning a diverse fleet of ships with the ability to manage recruitment and planning for about 200 slots per annum.  Experience in and/or knowledge of Flag State Documentation/ CBA’s / P&I matters, crew logistics, agency operations and the crew budgeting process would be an added advantage.
Key deliverables include providing the right man for the right slot at the right time at the budgeted cost for the slots open on board the managed fleet without compromising on the quality of the crew. Further, it is expected that he/she would build up a reserve pool of quality crew to be able to effect timely relief and allow flexibility to the business to absorb rapid growth and/or replace leakage due to attrition.
Must have ability to innovate, see the big picture, act decisively and balance mutually conflicting objectives. Should have excellent and well-developed organizational, cross-functional and cross-cultural skills. Should be energetic and result-oriented and a team player with good interpersonal skills
. 


Marine Auditor
(Mumbai)

To be eligible you would be a Master Mariner or Chief Engineer with at least five contracts in rank and at least two years of experience in auditing vessels, identifying and assessing operational risk for vessels.
You would be responsible for internal audits on vessels managed by Eurasia and preparing these vessels for facing external audits, inspections and surveys including Oil Major Inspections and vettings. Full compliance with regulations is a key deliverable. You should have the ability to balance the sometimes conflicting needs of the various parties to the maritime adventure when conducting the audits.


Marine Faculty
(Mumbai)

To be eligible you would be a Master Mariner or Chief Engineer with at least five contracts in rank and at least two years of experience in training seafarers on vessel operations related subjects. Familiarity with and experience on simulator based training is a must.
You would be responsible for training in-house seafarers on training needs thrown up by the Training Needs Analysis and / or by regulatory requirements.
